You may be curious why the name Black Girl Frolic was chosen. The word "frolic" denotes a light-hearted, fun, and sometimes silly activity. Life can be challenging, leaving us feeling drained physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. However, at BGF, we believe that as women, we can intentionally focus on ways to enjoy every moment, rather than just going through the motions of life.
